- I represent excellent American designers/architects/planners, they are the best, or probably not the best but better than most others;
- If you are not that well known but have a lot to offer in China, and you are more flexible in terms of design fee and working attitude, then the clients and I would be more than happy to work with you also;
- Most designers I represent are working in the residential design field: master plan, site plan, architecture design, interior design, landscape plan, garden design, etc.
- I also have many clients who want me to recommend architects for golf course architecture, hospitality architecture.
- I am more comfortable working with architects/designers who do not refuse using computer generated 3D models instead of traditional study model or hand drawn renderings, digital inspiring pictures instead of paper brochures or magzines, Skype and MSN instead of fax or calling or emailing;
- Also I tend to choose designers who are able to work with tight schedule and tight fee.
