Is it easy to find a local architect to handle the construction drawings?

Chinese codes require that any construction drawings should be produced by an architect with the qualifications. Since most American designers are not familiar with concrete structures, they are not qualified to do this.

It is easy to find a local architect to handle the construction drawings and the developers would hire one themselves to support your design. Some private house owners may not know about this, in that case you will hire one with the qualificatioins through me.
